    Stephanie McKenzie February 18,2020 Stephanie McKenzie is the CEO of Metro Coffee at University of  Washington, Tacoma. Stephanie is one of the youngest entrepreneur guest speakers visited this quarter. She  started her career at a very young age, where she had confidence that she could handle a business and in case if she messed up, she could start again. She Started working at Metro coffee when she  was 21 years old. Her boss was a really nice person but he was going through some health issues, so he couldn't work much at the coffee shop. He was diagnosed with the illness, so he had to give up on the illness and he wanted her to buy the business. She learned everything about the store and at the age of 24, so she owned the business from his boss. Her mother helped her to own the business financially.                                 J ohn Dimmer February 13,2020 John Dimmer is the co founder of Angel Network Tacoma  and also a VIBE mentor at University of Washington. He was the guest speaker in our class which shared a lot  about business plans and how to figure out which business is good for you. He started his lecture with the slide which covers the  financing life cycle and also explained how we start from the idea and following the steps of pre seed funding, Seed Funding, Start-up funding , Expansion/Mezzanine  and operating it. The major questions we ask before a person start a business are : How much money do I need?, when should I raise money? And where do I go to raise money?. He explained how we start from basic thinking and also shows the sources where we can go to figure out our problems. Erick Hanberg February 11,2020 Erik Hanberg  is a publisher and co founder of Channel 253, and he worked  for many companies. He worked with the grand Cinema where he had done so many good dramas. While working in cinema, he wrote and directed two award winning short films in Grand cinema’s   72 hours film competition in 2005, when he was the director of the grand. Erik worked on many projects with many companies like the Horatio, Exit133.com, Suit 133 and some others as well. He published his first novel in 2009 and he is still working on more. He was the guest speaker for our class and  he was a really inspiring and humble person. This is a software development and cloud services company which has done quality work with government organizations. As, the marijjuna is legal in many different states now, and they are dealing with their all paper documentation and their requirements.They recently have come up with new designed software AIRLIFT, which  is designed around providing secure, fast and accurate service and for the patients of the cannabis. Brian Forth January 28,2020 Brian Forth , the CEO & Founder of Site crafting and Gear Lab was the guest speaker in the lecture. Site crafting has been a full-service digital  agency since 1998 located in Tacoma,WA. While in the lecture he told us how his journey was from the very beginning of the building his business to the present. He talked about being a teacher in middle school and helping the student parents in creating the websites and how he decided to do this professionally and started his journey. Like everyone, he had lots of ups and down in the business and building a strong team for the company projects. There are different  types of services provided to the clients are Websites, Research and Testing and Digital Marketing. They have more than 40 employees working in the company with different roles and every Friday they all get together in teams where they have discussions and have startup focus pitch, where everyone can explore their ideas. In 2015, Gear
